We want MyTeamVantage to be usable by everyone who runs or works in a coaching company, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
1. What we aim for
We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance — we're early, and we'd rather tell you where we are than overstate it.
2. What's in place
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
- Text contrast checked against AA thresholds
- Text resizes to 200% without loss of content
- Labels on every form field, and errors described in text rather than colour alone
- Motion reduced automatically when your system requests it
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Layouts that reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling
3. Known gaps
We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit. Data tables in the product are still being improved for screen reader use, and some interactive charts have limited non-visual alternatives. Both are on our list.
4. Tell us when we get it wrong
If any part of this site or the product is hard to use, email accessibility@myteamvantage.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and will tell you honestly whether and when we can fix it.
5. Alternatives
If something is blocking you, contact us and we'll provide the information or complete the task another way while we work on a fix.
