About

This started as an internal tool.

It was built inside a real coaching company, because nothing on the market fit how the business actually worked.

The origin

Every feature started as something a coach on the floor asked for.

A coaching company with a team of coaches was paying around $200 a month for a CRM designed for sales departments. They used maybe a quarter of it. It tracked pipeline beautifully and knew nothing about delivery.

Every Friday somebody rebuilt a spreadsheet to work out what each coach was owed. Client notes lived in a documents folder. Whether a coach had actually run their sessions that week was a question you answered by sending texts.

So we built our own dashboard: coaches logging their own sessions, notes in one place, and a single screen showing the owner exactly what was owed and to whom.

It ran the company. Then coaches started asking for things — seeing their own pay, attaching recordings, tracking who closed which sale — and it turned into the thing that should have existed all along.

MyTeamVantage is that tool, rebuilt properly for other coaching companies.

What we believe

Four commitments that shape what gets built and what doesn't.

01

Your price should never go up

Software companies acquire you cheaply and raise the price once leaving is painful. We don't. The rate you join at is the rate you keep, for as long as you're a customer.

02

Growing shouldn't cost more

Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Unlimited coaches and unlimited clients at one flat rate, because your growth isn't our billing event.

03

Own the workflow, integrate the rest

We won't build a worse Zoom or a worse Stripe. We hold the parts specific to running a coaching team and connect to the tools you already use.

04

Notes are private by construction

Session notes are separated from anything client-facing at the database level, not by remembering to hide a field. Coaching records deserve that care.

Where we are

Early, and saying so.

We're onboarding a small founding group by hand, because the first companies on a platform shape what it becomes. That means you'll talk to someone who understands coaching operations rather than filing a ticket into a queue.

It also means we don't have a decade of features or a large support organisation yet. If that matters more to you than fit and price, the incumbents are a reasonable choice and we'd rather you knew that up front.

Questions before you sign up? Email hello@myteamvantage.com and you'll get a real answer.
