A coaching company with a team of coaches was paying around $200 a month for a CRM designed for sales departments. They used maybe a quarter of it. It tracked pipeline beautifully and knew nothing about delivery.
Every Friday somebody rebuilt a spreadsheet to work out what each coach was owed. Client notes lived in a documents folder. Whether a coach had actually run their sessions that week was a question you answered by sending texts.
So we built our own dashboard: coaches logging their own sessions, notes in one place, and a single screen showing the owner exactly what was owed and to whom.
It ran the company. Then coaches started asking for things — seeing their own pay, attaching recordings, tracking who closed which sale — and it turned into the thing that should have existed all along.
MyTeamVantage is that tool, rebuilt properly for other coaching companies.
